We currently do not offer cash refunds. However, you may return eligible items for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
A proof of purchase order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

4. Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Store credit is issued via email and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Exchanges are shipped within 5-7 business days, subject to availability.
